Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

Comprehensive AMC Terms

  • Contract is non-transferable.
  • Contract will be for 12 months on site.
  • The calls will be attended within 24 hours from lodging complaints.
  • The complaints will be attended from 10 a.m. to 6.p.m. except Sundays, bank holidays, public holidays.
  • In case the problem is not solved at site the party has to bear the cost of transportation & duties (if applicable).
  • AMC charges exclusive of any spare parts (stand alone only).
  • Any personal Printer, UPS, Networking, etc not including in AMC.
  • Antivirus requested under AMC.
  • Price as per the destination only.
  • Full amount has to be paid in advance.
  • GST 18% as applicable.

Does not Include

  • Monitor picture tube
  • Support on Software
  • Application Packages
  • Hard disk drive media
  • Printer head, ribbons, cartridges, knob
  • Any physical breakdowns due to operator’s negligence
    Any failure due to power failure, fire, short-circuits, earth leakage.
  • All add-ons Viz.Anti-virus cards, CD-rom lenses, sound cards, speakers, fax-modem units, backup devices, Lan cards.
  • All kinds of power devices such as Spike guards, Stabilizers, Ups system, CVT’s etc.
  • Replacement of faulty spares will be provided subjected to availability.
  • (Transportation cost has to be borne by party as per actual)
